2015 Fashion Doll Runway & Winners
Thursday, September 17th, 9:15 – 11pm,
- Our model was the 18.5 inch Evangeline Ghastly fashion doll by Wilde Imagination. Our theme was My Favorite Things — but with a twist! Using a Hollywood film from any era as “favorite thing” and inspiration, we asked our participating designers to transform Evangeline into a character from that movie.
- Entries were displayed at MDCC 2015® in Reno, Nevada and auctioned to benefit our charity, which was chosen by Connie Lowe of Marbled Halls: Camphill Special School in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania. Camphill Special School’s mission is to create wholeness for children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities through education and therapy in extended family living so that they may be better understood and realize their potential as they seek to participate fully in life. Please visit the website of this wonderful school to learn more about them.
- MDCC managed to raise $6,000 for this worthy charity.
